What is the delivery time?
Standard Products:
Enamel signs with a fixed text or design are delivered straight from our warehouse. We have these signs on stock. These signs are delivered within 2-3 days. As soon as you provide your own text (or letter with a housenumber), we speak of a custom-made sign.
It can happen that we're out of stock. In that case you will be notified, and the signs will be delivered in ca. 4 weeks. Feel to contact us for accurate information about our stock.
Custom made Signs
Custom made enamel signs are produced with your own text, housenumber, addition and colors. The delivery time of these signs is ca. 4-6 weeks. Feel free to contact us if you're not sure if you order a custom made or standard sign.
What are the shipping costs?
We apply different rates, costs vary destination country. Within the EU we ship for free for orders over € 150,00.

What is our policy for returning orders?
Please contact us prior to your return shipment. Please ship the package with enough postal stamps. Unstamped and/or insufficiently stamped packages will not be accepted. You are responsible for a good packaging for the products you return. We advice you use the same box you received the signs in..
Processing of return shipments
We'll credit the money to your bankaccount within 2-3 days after receiving the signs. It can take several days for your bank to process the transaction.
Conditions of Returns
Your order can be returned within 14 days after you've received the shipment. Custom made products are excluded from returns! (Excluding production faults)
Returned products have to be in good condition. Always attach a (copy) of the invoice or packing slip!

Are enamel signs suitable for outdoor use?
Enamel signs are perfectly suitable for outdoor use. The properties of Enamel: UV light doesn't have any influence on the colors. The material is very hard, the signs are very scratch resistant, and graffiti is easily removed. The signs are also protected against rust.
